Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, registering for the tournament, becoming a sponsor, attending the event, or participating in any tournament-related activities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or participate in the event.
Event Information
The Bristol Sportsplex Rotary Classic Pickleball Tournament is organized in partnership with the Rotary Club of Bristol and the Rotary International Action Group Against Slavery. Tournament details, schedules, divisions, sponsorship opportunities, and event information are subject to change without notice.
Tournament management reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules, brackets, divisions, formats, match times, or locations
- Combine or split brackets as necessary
- Adjust tournament operations due to weather, safety concerns, facility limitations, or unforeseen circumstances
- Refuse participation to individuals displaying unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior
Registration Policy
Tournament registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, participants acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, injuries, illnesses, travel issues, weather conditions, or inability to participate
- Registration fees are considered charitable contributions supporting anti-human trafficking awareness, prevention, education, and survivor assistance initiatives
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements for their selected division(s)
Tournament organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify divisions if participation minimums are not met.
Sponsorship Policy
All sponsorship purchases and contributions are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be issued for sponsorship packages under any circumstances.
Sponsors acknowledge that:
- Placement locations, promotional opportunities, and exposure levels may vary based on venue logistics and tournament operations
- Tournament branding, promotional materials, and sponsor recognition may evolve throughout the marketing campaign
- Sponsorship contributions directly support event operations and anti-human trafficking initiatives in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Physical injury
- Illness
- Accidents
- Property damage
- Weather-related conditions
By participating in the tournament or attending the event, all participants, spectators, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tournament organizers, sponsors, venue operators, volunteers, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Illness
- Loss or theft of personal property
- Accidents
- Delays
- Event interruptions
- Damages arising from participation or attendance
Participants are encouraged to consult a physician before engaging in athletic competition.
Photography & Media Release
By attending or participating in the tournament, you grant the event organizers permission to photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture your likeness, image, voice, and participation for promotional, marketing, or prior approval.
All event media and content become the property of the tournament organizers and affiliated organizations.
Website Usage
Users agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may not:
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
- Use automated systems to scrape or collect website data
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use website content for unauthorized commercial purposes
Tournament organizers reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users violating these terms.

No refunds or compensation will be provided due to force majeure events.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the States of Tennessee and Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
